I eat huge amounts of calories every day before powerlifting competitions - this product helped me with regular trips to the toilet. I take 2 capsules in the morning so the product runs out quickly, hence 4 stars.

I started taking it before a race, because I wanted my gut sorted before the competition and did not want to experiment at the last minute. It worked very well for me. My stomach definitely bothers me less.

I eat quite a lot with my training and sometimes my stomach simply had enough. After a few days of use I noticed that digestion is more regular.

Filip S.

I take one capsule a day and it is probably one of the simplest supplements I have. You do not have to keep it in the fridge, which is a big plus when travelling.

I do not know much about it, a dietitian recommended it to me, so I bought it. It seems fine to me.

I bought it before a trip to Thailand. No complaints during the trip, I recommend it for travellers

What convinced me most was how transparent this product is - the number of strains and their specific designations.

Good to know before buying

Have a question?

CFU and AFU are different ways of describing micro-organisms: CFU rests on colony growth, AFU on a fluorescence measurement using a defined method. The results are not converted 1:1 automatically. AFU does not simply mean „every living cell”, and a difference between them is not in itself proof that the CFU test fails.More in the guide (in Polish): Jak czytać etykietę probiotyku: szczepy, numery depozytowe, AFU i CFU

Microencapsulation is meant to protect the bacteria under defined conditions. It is not the same as an enteric shell around the whole capsule. How well it protects needs data for the specific technology and product.More in the guide (in Polish): Mikrokapsułkowanie a otoczka kapsułki: co chroni bakterie i jak przechowywać probiotyk

We do not promise faster results. Probiotic studies depend on the strains and the population. Effects of another preparation cannot be transferred to ATHLECOR just because both are probiotics.More in the guide (in Polish): Jak czytać etykietę probiotyku: szczepy, numery depozytowe, AFU i CFU

Probiotic effects depend on the strain. Two strains of the same species can act differently. The 2019 ISSN position stand says the label should give the genus, the species and the strain.

Yes. You can buy every product on its own, without a bundle and without the survey. A bundle is the easier choice when you want the timings written out and the whole plan in one basket.

Amounts and servings come from the product label. Statements about what the ingredients do rest on the list of claims authorised in the European Union, and sports schedules on the publications named next to the sentence. The batch test report covers the tested sample, not how well the product works.

About 14 days ahead. That is a preparation schedule, not a guarantee of a settled gut while travelling.

There is no single date, because the result depends on the strain, the goal and the person. Fourteen days before a trip is a preparation plan.More in the guide (in Polish): Probiotyk: po co go brać, co czuć na początku, jak długo i co z antybiotykiem

At the start, bowel movements change for some people. Growing pain and strong symptoms are not adaptation: stop taking it and have them checked.More in the guide (in Polish): Probiotyk: po co go brać, co czuć na początku, jak długo i co z antybiotykiem

Choosing a probiotic alongside an antibiotic depends on the strains, the medicine and your health. Discuss it with a doctor or pharmacist and set the gap between the two.More in the guide (in Polish): Probiotyk: po co go brać, co czuć na początku, jak długo i co z antybiotykiem

Judge the goal and your tolerance. A pack of 60 capsules at 1 a day lasts 60 days, which says how much supply there is, not how long to take it.More in the guide (in Polish): Probiotyk: po co go brać, co czuć na początku, jak długo i co z antybiotykiem

As stated on the label, away from moisture and heat, in a closed pack. Not every probiotic needs a fridge.More in the guide (in Polish): Mikrokapsułkowanie a otoczka kapsułki: co chroni bakterie i jak przechowywać probiotyk
